Specialty
Screen print – color applied thru a screen to mask out ink to create an image. Vast variety of single colors available. Multiple color screen printing requires multiple screens, one per color. Usually limited to 3-4 colors on item.
Sandblast – had sand is blow under high pressure to “pit” the surface creating a “frosted” look in a pattern. Can feel the surface and will not wash off like ink will.
Decal – high definition clear background printed on a “label’ to be applied to glass. When heated the ink adheres to surface and background “label” is burned away leaving just the heated on ink. Perfect for fine lines and great detail
Full Wrap – process where the image is “circled” around the item to print on both sides with one screen. Item limited to cylindrical not tapered sides. Perfect for 2 sided screen printed coffee mugs. Limited to one or two colors of ink.
Sublimations – allows you to print full color imprint on ceramic and glass. Vibrant colorful images for pictures and logos available. Sublimation process allows for personalization (putting single name on each piece) process.
